Jean Bolognia MD, is a professor of dermatology at Yale University School of Medicine. She has served as president of the Medical Dermatology Society, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, and the American Dermatological Association, in addition to serving as vice president of the Society of Investigative Dermatology, the American Board of Dermatology, and the International Society of Dermatology. She was also elected to the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dermatology and the International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS) and served as Secretary General of the latter organization. Jean is the editor of the Dermatology Handbook, now in its fourth edition, and Dermatology Essentials, which is a second edition.
