Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory skin dsease that causes painful   abcesses, discharging sinuses that result in scars, dispigmentation . HS that leads to clinically significant disturbance due to the  symptoms and appearance plays a role in the impairment of physical and mental health. An impaired quality of life that, which affects physical,  psychological and social functioning of patients, some psychiatric comorbidities such as depression ,anxiety, substance abuse as well as  poor body image perception, low  self-confidence, shame and embarressment, etc. are common in these patients. Thus,it is necessary to assess psychosocial dimention in  patients with  HS to optimize the treatment and outcome  besides improving  patient satisfaction
