Rosacea was once thought to be a disease of northern European origin and perceived as uncommon in darker skin types. In recent years, more cases of rosacea have been identified in African, Latino, or Asian descents. An observational cross-sectional studyamongrosacea patients with skin phototypes IV and V was conducted among Filipino patients in a private clinic. The clinical features, duration of the disease,phenotypes, aggravating factors, associated diseases, diagnostic phenotypes and current recommendations on skin care and treatment will be presented.
